Zone 1 is designed for luxury tourism, residents, and property owners.
Property ownership comes with long-term residency permits for Titania Oceana; this includes exclusive access to parts of the city that are closed or restricted for most tourists.
It will be impossible to be bored or feel lonely at Titania Oceana; numerous community and group activities and outings will be organized for residents and visitors on a daily basis at Titania Oceana and partner sites/resorts in Florida (USA) and the Caribbean islands.
Zone 1 is heavily inspired by the now-defunct Blue Estate Group.
The Blue Estate Group received massive media coverage when they announced their plans for a floating island in early 2021. This was around the same time that the Titans Universe team was planning Titans World, an ultra-luxurious resort destination, in the Balkan region.
The Titans team was fascinated by the Blue Estate and watched their developments carefully. Despite the media hype, Blue Estate Group disappeared from public view, their website was discontinued, and no trace of their CEO. The Titans team tried to contact the Blue Estate Group, but to no avail.
Titans research showed that, of all floating city designs, the Blue Estate concept makes the most sense.
Instead of purchasing large plots of expensive land in Europe that still needs to be fully prepared, the Titans team decided to build a floating city – in the Caribbean.
Since it would be a waste to let the Blue Estate concept unused, the Titans team decided to start the Titania Oceana concept with Zone 1, an almost-replica of the Blue Estate. We use their work under the Orphan Works notice, and would love to engage with the original concept owner(s).

Our talented in-house architect, Zain Hassan, and his team are currently working hard on original designs for Titania Oceana, which will be published by October 2023.
For the time being, the Blue Estate designs (shown below) are used as concepts for the apartments, penthouses, and villas in Zone 1.

Depicted are floating city designs by the now-defunct Blue Estate Group to provide an impression of how Titania Oceana’s mixed use section (zone 1) will look like. Titania Oceana will continue to expand over the years to a size of 4-5x larger than Blue Estate’s depicted design. Works are used under Orphan Works notice.
